7 Hours of Spinning!
Breakaway Cycling & Strength Studio - 439 Main St Longmont will host 7 hours of Spinning classes with 7 different instructors from 7am-2pm. (7am Alison, 8am Amy, 9am Kathy, 10am Paige, 11am Dawn, 12pm Meg, 1pm Zack) Prizes & races every hour & each class starts on the hour. Breakaway is the 1st and only cycling studio in the state of Colorado using the Performance I Q system (PIQ) which shows every riders Watts, RPM's, HR and riders move up the big screen leader board as they generate more power than their opponents. Truly a unique experience in indoor cycling!

- To reserve your bike go to breakawaylongmont.com click on registration and simply set up your Mind/Body account. Online sign up begins midnight Saturday January 4th and you will be all set to reserve at that time
- Classes are $25 for your first class and $10 for each additional class - you can do as many or few as you would like between Spinning and POUND, ZUMBA, Yoga, TABATA etc.... After you reserve your spot in class please email email@example.com with your long sleeved t-shirt size - all fitness participants receive a free event shirt!
5 Hours of POUND!
Fusion Fitness - 723 Main St. Longmont will host 5 hours of POUND, ZUMBA and TABATA classes from 8:15am - 2:15pm. Prizes given out every hour! Fusion Fitness is the 1st and only POUND venue in the state of Colorado! Be one of the first to try out this new, fun fitness craze of POUNDfit!
